J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez H E B (Houston, TX)
Entretien
There was a 3 step process. A quick phone interview, a group interview, and a one-on-one interview.
The phone interview just consisted of basic questions about your application. The group interview was with 5 managers and about 15 other applicants. You had to tell the room your name, your previous work experience, your hobbies, and a department at H-E-B that you wouldn't want to work at. (Kind of felt like the ice breakers you'd do the first day of grade school.) Then they'll give you a random scenario question and you have to tell the room how you would respond to it.
The one-on-one interview was a lot of basic interview questions, "Why do you want to work here, etc."

Question 1
"Why do you want to work here?"
"What's an accomplishment you're most proud of?"
"What are your hobbies?"
"What would you do in *x* situation?"
The interview process is unique and done in a few parts. There is a group interview where you interact with other applicants. They also ask you one on one questions in a more traditional interview setting.
