Entretien
First it’s an online recorder interview- meaning you don’t speak to anyone but you get an email with a link for you interview. You get 5 questions and you have to answer them in a video where you record yourself. You get 2 tries to record the video. You don’t have to speak to anyone directly for this interview. If they like you, you get a call scheduling a live interview at the store.

The interview process is unique and done in a few parts. There is a group interview where you interact with other applicants. They also ask you one on one questions in a more traditional interview setting.

What would you do if a customer wanted to speak to a manager?
Basic questions . Just trying to see if you fit I. With them. Pretty easy. Not too hard if you can answer . It was that and a lot of situations and scenarios that they asked about
It was an online format. Personal video recording responding to basic interview prompts. There was also a small competency examination to test for basic math and reading skills as well as some personality questions.
