They wanted me to do the new video interview. But I'm pretty camera shy and I felt awkward when I was trying it out. I never did it though. HEB is a fair company and I managed to get the actual interview without doing the video interview. :) My interview was only 30 minutes long. The manager I spoke to had a very positive vibe. He understood what I was going through and actually listened to what I said ( need more managers like him in every company) Afterward, they asked me to drug test the same day so that was a very good sign for me. The process took a good while because the number they told me to call, nobody would answer so it was a little frustrating to get ahold of them. :/
