Very relaxed and laid back. The supervisors are amazing an qualified. They're really trying to get a feel for how you will interact with customers. It seemed like they're trying to make the regular HEB's have a Central Market feel.
so took me a very long processes after 8 applications i final got an interview after 4-5 months but decline the offer because of the pay and hours It really for teens and college students

The interview process was interesting as we had an interview as a group. One side the interviewers and on the other leads from the store departments. They asked questions and we answered.
