About a week after I applied I was called and asked to come in for a group interview. The group interview was great, one of the best interviews I've ever been in. At the end they told us if we were selected to move forward in the process we would receive a call before 5pm the next day. I was called later that night and asked to come in for a one on one interview where I was asked a serious of questions, your typical interview questions, I was then offered a job right then and there.

The interview process is unique and done in a few parts. There is a group interview where you interact with other applicants. They also ask you one on one questions in a more traditional interview setting.

What would you do if a customer wanted to speak to a manager?
Basic questions . Just trying to see if you fit I. With them. Pretty easy. Not too hard if you can answer . It was that and a lot of situations and scenarios that they asked about
It was an online format. Personal video recording responding to basic interview prompts. There was also a small competency examination to test for basic math and reading skills as well as some personality questions.
