3-round interview. 2nd round has multiple candidates meeting "senior account representatives." The final round is an interview on Zoom with the CEO and another manager. No mentions of benefits and 100% commission based.

3 round interview process for a Monday-Saturday door to door sales job that was 100% commission based. First interview was recorded response video interview, second is an interview with an account manager that was scheduled for 45 mins but they took over an hour asking a mix of skill and random questions (ex: what do you do in your free time?) then gave a presentation on what the actual job is which is EXTREMELY different than what is presented in the job description. Very low commission for the first years of the job, 7am-5pm workdays plus 10am to 3pm on Saturdays until you bring in enough sales. The final interview is with company higher ups but after feeling so mislead and lied to I removed myself from the candidate pool.

Entretien
You are paired off with one of the account managers. You share a little bit abo it yourself and get an intro to their “company”. Essentially you work for yourself, no salary or benefits. Job requires you to meet from 10:00-11:30 everyday then go door to door knocking from 12:30-7:00pm Monday thru Saturday. Saturdays are required. This is not a typical organized company so be aware of that.
