Interviewed with Gymshark and got all the way through to the final stage. Was very excited about the role and waited two months for an update on whether I got hired only to be told they were scrapping the placement position entirely.
After putting around 20+ hours of work into prepping for interviews and a presentation + travelling to Solihull for the assessment centre day, it felt like a slap in the face - not to mention they promised an outcome by end ofJan - it’s now Feb.
Due diligence should’ve been done before advertising the role.
Application then Hireview and finally Assessment Centre.
Hire view allowed as many retakes as you needed so less pressure than timed. Consisted of fairly a standard motivation and competency questions.

Attended an interview/assessment day at the HQ. Everyone was friendly but was told would hear back at a certain date, this kept getting pushed back further and further which made the process quite long.
