The interview process at Gymshark is very streamlined, with solid communication & friendly atmosphere.
I had a 3 stage interview: Talent Manager (Virtual) —> Hiring / To-be manager / Ops (Virtual) —> In person with the hiring manager.
Throughout the stages, I had dealt with Alex Ingham (TM). She was pleasant to speak to and kept me updated throughout the process.
The hiring manager / technical interviews were friendly. They felt like technical conversations where the focus was more to assess you personally. Of course you must have the skillset, but they also do their due diligence to ensure a good fit.
I spoke to a number of people in my process; Lee, Adam & Ben were all pleasant & professional.
Overall, my experience was very positive, I felt I had to leave a review because they really did a good job. The cherry on top, was securing the role.
