J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gusto (Denver, CO) en avr. 2024
Entretien
Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and scheduled a screening for the following week. The next week, I had a ~30 minute call with the hiring manager (more general get to know your experience and the role/team/company), and then moved on to a lengthier set of back to back 1-1 interviews later that same week, with team members and cross functional partners, mostly asking questions about working/collaboration style. Not many super detailed skills questions throughout the process.

The hiring process was long but very insightful on the position. There are three rounds to the interviewing process, it starts with a phone interview. If you pass the phone interview they email you a sneak peak assignment at the job duties, this way they can see how you think and approach duties. Once you've completed the activity and it has been approved by the hiring team they invite you for an onsite interview. The onsite interview is a long process but it is the end of the journey, after this they either offer you the position or don't.
