Gusto is clear, upfront and exercises great communication. It's the first interview I didn't have to question "what's next"--for a company growing tremendously fast, they are still personal and warm.
Can't express how much I enjoyed the process, especially compared to other interviews in tech sales.

Entretien
The interview process started with a phone screen followed by a phone call with a team member, a written assignment, and an invite to the on-site interview. The onsite consisted of 3 back-to-back interviews. Everything was extremely organized and timely, and the process moved very quick!

The process includes an initial screening (over the phone with a recruiter) then a written assignment (if you seem like an ideal candidate) and then a final interview with members of the sales team.
