1) Phone Screen - Brief chat about background, skills, and interests
2) On site Interview - More in depth about skills, talked about scenarios as well
3) On Site Interview/Skills Test - Skills test, talked about more scenarios, culture interview
4) Offer - Offer received over phone
Gusto interview process was straightforward. I had an interview with the hiring manager and then an interview with a team member. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Seems like they have an awesome culture with the company/ team.

Had a phone screening with the hiring manager. Literally felt like i was talking to a robot. Knew i wasnt going to have a second interview after talking to him. Made me happy i wasnt going to the next round.
