Engineer sends an email to talk about the company, redirects to recruiter if we reply back, programming interview with tests online, onsite interview.
The communication itself starts giving wrong impression as engineer wants to talk (but its just recruiting trick) ..and those who fall for it ..get to go to their office and loose a whole day .
I felt the senior people in the team really worried recruiting anybody who would threaten their job, which also means you might not get to grow if end up there.
