J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gusto en janv. 2016
Entretien
My interview process was very positive end to end. I felt like the Gusto team really made an effort to know me. Not just what I'd done at previous companies, but my motivations and values, to make sure it was a good fit on both ends. I think the word "deep" describes it well.
To get to know you this well, of course, requires a long, fairly intensive interview process. I had 2 onsite interviews (including case-like questions and fit), a take home assignment, and some phone calls. But the interview process was communicated well, and I knew what to expect upfront.
Overall, by the end of the interview process I felt like I had a good sense of the culture and what it would be like to work at Gusto. I enjoyed the conversations during the interview process and so far this has translated to how it really is to work here.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gusto (San Francisco, CA) en juin 2018

Very organized. The recruiter, Camille Ong, was very on top of communications and making sure you were in the loop. Only had to come into the office once for one round of interviews with many people across the marketing team.
Gusto has the most organized and well run hiring process I've ever encountered. Before each round the recruiter called me to tell me about who I'd be meeting with, and the types of questions they'd ask. This demonstrated a level of preparation and consistency not commonly found at startups.

The interview process was extensive and thorough, but I felt comfortable the entire time, like I was speaking with real people about real goals and values. I was kept looped in on all stages of the process and felt as though there were clear expectations about my skill set and responsibilities. The recruiter did a great job preparing me for the in-person interviews, walking me through the schedule, and talking about the company. I felt awesome about the company throughout the whole process, even when I was challenged.

Question 1
I was asked a lot about how I aligned with the company's mission and values and whether I aligned with the heart of their business.
