2 stage interview process 1st stage. At head office with the head of construction. Went pretty well. 2nd stage. Turned up on time at head of office and was made to wait 45mins only to be told that interviewers have gone home for the day. Apparently some miscommunication had taken place. Had to reschedule over zoom. They made an offer in the end and I mistakenly accepted, only leave the company shortly after. Their sites are horrible. No regards for health and safety and hygiene (especially while in the middle of a pandemic). They have no attention for quality. Had they had interviewed me on site where conditions were extremely poor instead of their fancy luxurious head office, I wouldn’t have entertained them as a serious quality house builder.
