I extensively prepared for my interview, drove over an hour (in traffic), wrote a thank you and follow-up email, only to never hear anything back. I was thoroughly disappointed with this low level of professionalism. Even if they chose to go in a different direction, the respectful and professional response would be to let me know. I would not interview with this company again.
