Entretien
Overall a smooth and pleasant interview experience and process. The recruiter that originally reached out was responsive and worked hard to make sure that I am well informed on the next steps. While interviewing I met a very diverse group of people, everyone was super nice and treated me respectfully!
Based on my interview, expect a take home assignment, the onsite is a mix of technical and behavioral questions with a system design question mixed in.

1) Phone screening with HR
2) Phone screening with potential manager
3) Take home challenge (challenging, but interesting to work on - you are provided a buggy application to make updates to)
4) Half day interview with individuals from different departments ranging from behavioral to technical questions

The interview process with Guild is extraordinary. Everyone throughout is clear and communicative about the requirements at each step. They are also highly receptive to questions and are quick to answer.

Take home code challenge of average difficulty. Clear prompt under a reasonable time frame.
