I had two rounds of interviews, the first with a talent manager and the second with two employees from the team. The process took over three weeks and ended with them ghosting me. They don't have much respect for candidates.

I had 2 rounds of interviews in English, they were realy helpful and explained thoroughly what the expectations were regarding the position, which was really helpful. They were very interested about my previous experience in customer support, which made me feel confident about myself in what I would bring to the table.
