Absolute incompetency is the best way to describe the interview process at Guidepoint. The process was incredibly tedious, lasting more than a month with over six rounds of interviews, only to have radio silence for 3+ weeks and then be offered a position. It was an unprofessional experience and a complete waste of time. They take advantage of entry-level/recent graduates, giving them low base pay, all for a glorified sales role. Stay away.

The interview process was structured and moved quickly - initial recruiter screen, video call with the hiring manager and a team member, two mock client calls with the hiring manager and a final in-person interview that also included the team lead. The recruiter was communicative and helpful throughout.
There was a noticeable lack of consistency between leaders regarding role expectations (e.g., differing answers about team event participation and success metrics). I wasn’t given a promised office tour or the chance to meet cross-functional teams I’d work closely with, which raised some concerns about transparency and collaboration.
Everyone I met was professionally polite, though the overall vibe during both the video and final in-person round felt a bit flat and disengaged. I appreciated the honesty about the role being demanding and performance-driven, but left feeling unsure about the culture and leadership cohesion. Ultimately received a generic rejection after final rounds, which left the experience feeling impersonal.
It was an online process, interview about myself, explain my experience, future plans and say what i knew about the company, and why i was interested in the role and to work with them
