You meet with multiple people across Guidepoint’s teams, pretty general interview asking about how you heard of the company, why you want to work there, walk through the resume, a few situational questions and how you can apply your experience to the role. Overall a smooth process! A bit lengthy because you meet with multiple people for about 20 mins each.
