Few days after application submission, I got an email from a recruiter and let her know my availability. She scheduled an interview at a time when I didn't said I was available. However, I was luckily free for the time she suggested so we decided to go with it. I find her forgetfulness unprofessional because I wasted my time waiting for her phone call.
While she was supposed to call me for the interview, I waited for 20 minutes till my class started because she said she accidentally marked her calander wrong. She apologized and had a phone call the next day (when I actually said I was available). When she called for an interview, she sounded like she was talking like a robot and uninterested in knowing me.
Few days later I got an email from her that I didn't move on to the next round, and I think it was relieving that I didn't.
