Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Guidepoint (Londres, Angleterre)
Entretien
Brief telephone interview, usual questions - why the role, why Guidepoint etc.
First interview at offices - this was supposed to be in two parts and two people were off sick (or busy? Bad scheduling) so I got some random associate in the second round - The first interview she'd ever given! Again basic questions for the interviews.
They then ask you to complete an assignment at home ~ 2 hours in length. They want you to be able to do the job without any training it seems.
Then you have to go back to the offices to discuss the assignment - they really challenge you on why you did things the way you did so be prepared to defend yourself.
So they said I would hear back in a few days/week.... It's now been 5 MONTHS and I have heard NOTHING! Amusing really.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
How do you feel about talking on the telephone
What would you do if someone didn't want to talk
Why do you want this role
The interview was quite lengthy. The TA screen lasted over 30 minutes, which was unnecessary. The person from the Talent Acquisition team kept speaking non-stop without giving a chance to respond or ask questions — it felt overwhelming.
The first round interview was conducted online via video call. The atmosphere wasn’t bad. I occasionally got some “what if” questions. But I was asked “Do you have any questions?” about five times.

Question 1
They asked how I would handle multiple tasks at once.
The process is typically structured in stages that allow you to engage with different team members, giving you a well-rounded understanding of the role and the team dynamic. You'll have the chance to ask insightful questions, demonstrate your expertise, and explore how you can contribute to the company’s success.
Overall, the interview is a constructive and positive experience, helping both parties make an informed decision about moving forward together.
