After meeting with a recruiter at a campus job fair I received a follow-up email after a week. We immediately scheduled a phone interview which occurred 2 weeks after the initial email. Both people I spoke with were very polite, informative, and excited when discussing the role and working for Guidepoint. The potential next step, an onsite interview, was discussed but never occurred.
I thought the initial call went well and then they never contacted me again. Very unprofessional of them in my opinion, at least reject me rather than ghosting me. It sounded like a cool job too.
