HR reached out for a phone screening after applying a couple of weeks prior. The screening was very informal and relaxed. It's the longest screening I’ve gone through—plenty of digressions in conversation from the HR rep. It was 45 minutes long! I was told I’d hear back in about two weeks. Nothing. I sent a friendly follow-up 2.5 weeks after the phone screening and still nothing. Incredibly unprofessional to ghost. I’ve read other interview reviews about ghosting, too. RED FLAG! I'm so glad I’m not working there if Guidehouse can’t communicate.
