The interviewer clearly did not want to interview me. His first words were something like, "Hello, I want to make this as short as possible." His questions focused exclusively on memorizing syntax. Period. It reminded me of being in grade school: Rote memorization only. I don't know of any developer who can recite syntax out loud by memory. He asked me to code a Batch Apex Class out loud without looking at any notes. As sooner as I got a wrong answer, he said: "Ok that's it for now now." He didn't ask if I have any questions and when I told him I do have questions, he was upset and have me 1 word responses.
