Lengthy for no reason but incompetence. From first interview to hire was...maybe, 4 months. About 6 interviews with 10 people total involved. I saw someone interviewed and hired the next year for the same role, they were interviewed by maybe 4 people and hired in two weeks. No wonder they never recovered and were sold off.
