Exhaustive interview process, over several months. Twice with the CEO, once each with other executives and one investor. The people are cordial, and the CEO very intense, but meeting him was a very positive experience. The interviews went well, but eventually it became clear I was not the candidate they were looking for. It was a good experience overall, and I am sure someone will do well there.
