Very long, two interviews with hiring managers and three with human resources. The process lasted four months since the moment I sent my application online. I did not hear from them until two months later. Two of the human resources interviews were the last step when I think those should have been at the beginning of the process
Un assessment test, 1 colloquio conoscitivo, 1 colloquio con manager. Molto gentili ed inclusivi durante il processo di selezione. Esperienza svolta online. Richiesta conoscenze della job description, conoscenze Excel e metà colloquio in inglese

Entretien
The process took more than one months. The overall experience was positive.
So the interview consisted of 3 stages:
1. 45 minutes phone interview in English with hr managed by an external agency, where they ask you many questions about your experience, education, volunteering experience. After two weeks I received a positive feedback from Gucci HR and an invitation to the assessment day.
2. Virtual Assessment Day: Personal presentation + 2 case studies to do in a group of 8 people.
3. Interview with two managers. Only general questions were asked about the motivation and knowledge about Gucci.
