J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gucci (Jersey City, NJ) en sept. 2023
Entretien
The interview process I experienced only had two rounds: 1) video call with the recruiter for basic screening and 2) actual job interview with the hiring manager.
The interviewer is one of the Client Services managers at our office (i.e., in the call center). He's great, friendly, has a great sense of humor and actually turned his camera to show me the actual office/working environment I would be experiencing. And he tells me the number of candidates that are also potentially considered for the job and that I'm one of the first to be interviewed. I'm not sure if other employers do this, but I haven't experienced this kind of transparency before in other hiring processes.
There were few standard, straightforward questions. I was asked, and these were questions I could recall:
1) If I'm comfortable with working hours flexibility and leaving the office late (there are morning, evening, and late night shifts). I mentioned I have a medical history and was only offered/scheduled by my manager to work the morning/daytime one 8am - 5pm;
2) They wanted to know about my sales experience;
3) There were 2-3 situational questions. Mine were "Have you ever stolen anything at work?" and "What would you say is your weakness?"
