Initial communication was via email and then there was an interview with three members of the underwriting team. Questions were typical of an entry-level interview. Clear and prompt communication from the talent acquisition manager.

It was pretty easy for me. I had an initial phone call discussing the associate underwriter program at Guardian. Then, next was the one and only interview I had in this process. It was a series of questions and then a rundown of the development program for underwriters. I had an overall very positive experience during this interview.
