The first round was done on the telephone. For the next round, they called me at their office. The office was set up in a garage behind a residential society. It merely had enough space to even walk. Saw 4-5 people working there. The interview was with the Business head. They were polite and the questions asked were also relevant to my role. What I didn't like about them was that they reject candidates without giving any reason. Rejection reason help candidates to evaluate where they went wrong or what could they have done better, but they will simply write you a 4 line rejection email (That too when you follow up proactively).
