It was quite simple, I applied and heard back relatively fast. I had a really great conversation with the recruiter and was really excited about the role. He asked me to provide him with my availability for an onsite after our call. I did just so right away and never heard back. I even sent two follow-up emails...to which I never got a response back. They clearly do not care about the candidate experience. Pretty disappointed given that this was a company I was quite passionate about and the role was exactly what I was looking for!
Bummer.

Entretien
The beginning stages were fine and just like any other Recruiter Phone Screen...however, that all went sour shortly after. They wanted to move forward to onsites, but never got back to me. Even after I had sent my availability at their request. I followed up another time and never heard back.
I've been in recruiting for 7+ years, this is really poor candidate experience and not a company I'd want to work for if they couldn't even get back to me to let me know what was happening.
