The Interview process consisted of 2 Meetings and a project. An initial meeting was very casual and welcoming. Before the second meeting I was given a project to work on that I discussed in the second meeting. the Second meeting was more formal but still friendly. The point of the project was not about getting it right or wrong but instead about how you worked through it.
