The first round was straightforward and conversational. For the second round, I was given a take-home assignment with three files to clean, transform, and convert into a proper format within 24 hours. I completed and submitted the task on time. I was rejected after this stage, and the feedback I received was that the team was looking for a higher level of attention to detail, and my results didn’t fully meet their expectations. The process was clear and timely, but the take-home assignment felt a bit rushed with the 24-hour deadline. It tested practical skills, but also required precision and thoroughness. The feedback could have been more specific so I could improve for future opportunities.
