I had a ~5 minute phone interview with a corporate recruiter. The phone number used to contact me was flagged as "Spam" by my wireless carrier. I only knew to pick it up because the Spam call corresponded with the time scheduled for my phone interview. I was told by the first corporate recruiter that I'd have an in-person interview with the center director. I was later told in an email by a second recruiter that it would be a phone interview. I later called the donation center to speak to the director to ensure I'd have a face-to-face interview. The in-person interview lasted about 40-60 minutes. I was told in the interview that Grifols has a strict pay-scale and I couldn't negotiate.
