Applied for a federal contractor job advertised by Gridiron. I was contacted later about a different job (the first one was likely fake). Provided a great bit of detail about my background. Recruiter said they were going to submit my resume for the job. Fast forward a week and no contact from the recruiter, despite asking for an update. Since the recruiter shared the subcontractor name and the prime contractor name, I simply applied directly to the prime contractor. Got an interview and got the job. Thanks for the free lead GridIron!
