The interviews were smooth and questions were of medium difficulty level. I was called in person for the second round of interview - manager round - the India CTO took the time to interview me and explained about the company, work and expectations. He was impressed by my responses to his questions and things went well. He even gave me an office tour and then took me to the HR who I've been in contact with throughout for the hiring process. He said to her "here is your candidate - please hire her ASAP". And after the HR discussion on the next they, they said their approvals etc are in process and will roll out the offer soon. In the coming days of the week I got no further calls and when I tried to reach them, they ghosted me.
