Preliminary phone interview process was very long and drawn out. Very detailed and intense. A total of two and a half plus hours of interviewing via the phone before being scheduled for a in person interview. They definitely gained a lot of information for the numerous phone interviews. They probably used the process to make sure the candidates were interested in the company and position.
