The interview was simple but more so focused on what the applicant has to offer and how their prior experience will help them succeed in the current role being filled. Lots of questions asked based of resume, and information given about company given if asked.

Pretty casual, basic questions- make it seem like they’ll give you the job then ghost you but that seems to be a thing for many individuals! Not very negotiable on salary, immediately hit with a budget excuse
