I was referred by a friend and previous co-worker at another company who I also went to college with. After applying online, I had to take a timed math evaluation. Then I had the HR Talent Rep intro call briefly covering the role and my skills and they set up an in-person interview with the hiring Director going further in detail about the role and my skill set. Later that week I submitted to a drug test and the next week I received a call from the Director offering me the position. They then sent an official job offer in writing with annual salary all benefits information and official start date.
