Entretien
1. Phone Screening
Initial discussion with HR/recruiter regarding background, experience, and role fit.
2. Team Interview (Panel Interview)
Interview with approximately 4 to 5 team members and managers to discuss technical experience, problem solving, and team fit.
3. Final Decision & Offer
Successful candidates receive a final offer following the panel interview and internal review process.
