1st round was a phone call with the Group Product Manager/Hiring Manager, covering basic information about your background and interest in our role to give you a deeper understanding of Greenhouse and the Senior Product Manager position. The 2nd round was a Technical Case study with the Group PM and Head of the Engineering Team. The goal of this interview is to assess your ability to apply product sense, triage competing priorities, and communicate decisions for a hypothetical engineering team and a brief prep material for a brainstorming session. The next stage was feedback checking with a Technical Talent Acquisition Manager. The next stage was split into a two-day virtual interview consisting of a Product Interview, a Technical Interview/Engineering, a Design Interview, a Hiring Interview and a quick feedback check-in with the Technical Talent Acquisition Manager. Overall, the GreenHouse interview was very structured and transparent, they had excellent communication in-between the interview process. They were pleasant and polite. It was unfortunate that I was not moved to the last stage. "

Most disrespectful process I've ever encountered. They scheduled an interview 2 weeks out from initial request for availability. First red flag. Over that two week period I never heard from the recruiter, which, I found odd given the other reviews on Glassdoor. Second red flag. During that two week period I spend my time to do my due diligence and research. 2 hours prior to the interview I get an email stating they're moving forward with other candidates who are further along in the process. Third red flag. Needless to say, I think I dodged a bullet!
