It was a positive interview with many interesting questions. The interviewer was both helpful and respectful. I recommend preparing with traditional frameworks, focusing on problem space and solution space analysis. This approach can be very beneficial for understanding and responding effectively to the topics discussed.

First round interview with a junior recruiter reading from a script, asking some of the worst "behavioural" interview questions I've ever encountered.
For a company that's claiming to be helping the world hire better, this encounter really suggested otherwise.
