The initial interview process was great. I definitely connected with the HR person and it sounded like she wanted to move me forward. Salary was discussed, and she made it sounds like they would be possible, as it was in their budget range for the position. However, within the next day or so, I received, and email from "The Talent Acquisition Team," that they wouldn't be moving forward with my application. It wasn't from the interviewer. I asked for feedback, however, no reply. It's unfortunate that people are not willing to provide any type of feed back for others to learn or understand why they didn't move forward with you.
