I’ll start off by saying that overall I had a great experience throughout the entire interview process! The team kept in constant communication and I was promptly notified when any changes to schedule/interviewer were made! Also the company appears to be very active in building an inclusive, warm, and progressive environment!
Interview process
-Phone screen -30 mins
-Take home assignment (consists of 3 straightforward exercises)
-Virtual onsite -2hrs (4 rounds that consisted of experience on teams, culture add, hypothetical scenario questions, working style/interest)
-In person onsite- 1h 45 mins (4 rounds that consisted of a sourcing exercise, demonstration of software, relaxed coffee chat, and exploration of interest in the role)
Overall, I would recommend someone apply to this company. It was one of my top interview experiences and highly organized. Bonus everyone was very personable and nice!

Question 1
Why Greenhouse? Also plenty of tell me a time when questions! Rapid fire hypothetical scenarios (ie. what would you do if someone looked like they were lost in the lobby)
So glad to hear you had such a positive experience with our team. Thank you for all the time you invested into our interview process as well.

The interview process is pretty extensive. After applying for the role, it goes more or less in this order: 1) 30 minute phone call, 2) take home assignment, 3) the virtual onsite with the specific team and other employees from different departments and 4) chat with the VP, People and maybe an offer will be extended. The only real constructive feedback I can offer is potentially doing away with the 30 minutes with employees in a department that you may not even be working closely with. If a candidate is meeting with an entire team of people, they'll be able to effectively measure whether or not this person could be a good fit. The casual coffee chat can just be replaced by the Culture Add part and got rid of altogether. An interview is supposed to be a conversation anyways, so I see doing away with the other employees could shave off at least 30 minutes. A candidate is already (and has already) dedicated time to do this. It may be something to look into as far as what is really needed to for the virtual onsite portion. Just a suggested tweak.

The interviewing process took approximately 2 weeks to complete. Once you speak with the recruiter you will have to complete a take-home assignment that consists of 2 scenarios. If you did well on that then you will do a virtual onsite interview (due to COVID). The interview lasted about 2.5 hours. You will meet with members of the team and also 2 other employees from different teams as they will conduct the "Culture Add part of the interview. Based on the feedback from the team is when you would be moved to the final round interview

-Tell me about a time when you had to give feedback to a senior leader and what was the outcome?
-Can you tell me about a time you made a mistake and how did you go about solving it?

The interview process was very organized but very strenuous at the same time. First, I had a phone screen. Then, a take home assignment that had scenario based questions. Then, it was the virtual interview day where I had 4 panel interviews and met with 9 people. It was draining having so many interviews back to back and getting questioned from 8 different people. The final interview also had a similar scenario based assessment like the take-home, which I thought was repetitive.
