Interviews are generally based around the interviewers limited experience domain and can be completely different from the work you end up doing. Usually your assignment will be looked for the first time during your interview, the interviewers almost never do their homework. It is also common for very inexperienced people to be tasked with taking interviews.

4th and last interview with the CTO
and in last they will ask you to pay money to get the offer letter if you luckily cleared all above rounds
