The interview was done by an HR Rep and the Manager for the day shift. They both sat down while I stood, they never asked me to sit although they were polite during the whole interview. The day manager wanted to give a $9 hour rate when his ad stated the hourly rate was $11-$14. I demanded $14 and hour but we worked it out to $11. I wanted to learn to Screen Print. So why not get paid to learn it right?
