This company call the candidates for wasting their time.. actually they have tie up with some consultants who actually don't know that what skills are actually mandatory and they process your resume to company and schedule your interview but when you go to the company.. on hr rounds the company hr said their actual requirements and if u have not they say you may leave now.. actually the consultant is only trying to complete their target and call candidates and wasting their time..my experience was worst to this company..i think the consultant or the technical person was blind when they processed my resume and scheduled interview to this company.. anyways I am currently holding 2 offers in my hand and most importantly they think that a 3. Years experienced person should be for senior profile.. LoL.
This Company tie up with different consultant for recruitment process. Consultant call for the interview and when candidate go for the interview in first round HR says that your profile, skills is not suitable for me. Consultant says some skill in Job Description is not mandatory you can go for the interview but when candidate reached in company for the interview, Company HR says all skills are mandatory which are mentioned in Job Description.
HR directly say to candidate leave for the day. If candidate asked to HR then why you call me for the interview? HR just smile and says its totally consultant mistakes. What can i do?
Actually, HR do not know about the technical skills what is required for ui developer profile.
In short i want to say never go for this company . Its totally candidate time and money wasted . Because HR can only knows to say that you can leave for the day .
