2 - Manager Interview
3 - HR Interview
The first part has to do with your technical skills and how you can fit them into the team.
The second part is regarding your position and what would be your responsibilities within the team.
The third part is actually a secondary assessment of how your personality can fit in within the company.
Overall I would say that if you have the 70% of what the job description asks then go for it. You have the potential to earn the job.
