Worst interview ever. I demo my portfolio and explained how I integrate AI in my app, yet the interviewer belittle me and asked irrelevant questions regarding my color choice. The position is clearly for AI Frontend developer NOT designer, yet he judged me in such a way. Do I need to make my own personal project with boring UI/UX color just to suit his taste? Besides, he also stated that he has his own design team, so why am I being judged in design capacity while the role is clearly for developer? He also asked me AI questions but when I shared my opinion he just rejected it without providing the "correct" answer. Even if I pass the round I doubt I can work under such a person. Remember, interviewer also reflects the company's image.
