Very short didn't explain much to me at all I would get in trouble cause of things that were not explained to me she got on to me for showing up at work on time and told me I was supposed to call in in my interview I was not told to call b4 I come to work I was just trying to do the right thing and go to work on time

It was super relaxed for the most part. They mostly asked questions about my background and previous customer experience jobs. How I handled certain situations, why or why not I'd be a good fit. Standard interview stuff,

They did an in person interview and a technical interview, it wasn't too hard of an interview process. The technical is intimidating at first but its not too bad and the manager was friendly.

I got an immediate call after applying online. A recruiter took me out for coffee and a quick chat. They offer a lot training so they focus more on advertising what your job could be like if you accept the job offer.
